All users of this website agree that access to and the use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

This Agreement is a contract between you (the “Customer”) and Holdayomo Pty Ltd (ABN 56 096 976 117) trading as 201 (“201”). 201 operates under NSW Liquor License No. LIQW880010142.


The terms and conditions under which the Customer may purchase products from 201 via the website are set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing the your order with 201. 201 may modify or repeal these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a modification or repeal, the pre-existing terms and conditions continue to apply to any products ordered via the website before the change takes effect.

By completing the purchase order process and using the www.201.com.au service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.


Customers may place an order with 201 via:-CUSTOMERS

Under Australian law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order, the Customer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying the product as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.


201 can deliver the product to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as being in International waters. 201 does not currently ship to international addresses.


Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by 201 to be authorised to receive the goods on the Customer’s behalf.


Prices quoted are in Australian dollars for the quantities stated. All prices are inclusive of GST but exclude delivery charges.


Customers must pay for purchases by direct credit or using an accepted credit card when placing the order. If the credit card issuer does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, 201 may cancel the order.


If a product inadvertently appears on the website at the wrong price or quantity, 201 may cancel any orders placed regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and paid for. If a credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is so cancelled, 201 will notify the Customer and issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the wrong price.


201 will use its best endeavours to ensure that all products ordered by the Customer are supplied to them. All products are offered for sale while stocks last. If a product is out of stock, 201 will notify the Customer within 48 hours and assist the Customer in substituting products of at least equal quality and value or, if this is not possible, refund the Customer’s money in full.


If the product is received with one or more broken bottles, 201 will issue a credit or send replacement bottles if the Customer so notifies us within 7 days of the date of the invoice and provides visual evidence of the breakage.


The risk of damage, loss or deterioration of product passes to the Customer upon delivery.


The products remain 201's property until paid for by the Customer.


A Customer may for any reason cancel their order within 48 hours of placing the order by so notifying 201 by telephone, facsimile or email.


Where the product is to be returned, the Customer is responsible for keeping the product in a safe and proper manner. The customer must arrange for delivery of the product to 201 at their own cost. The product should be returned in the original packaging and packed to avoid breakage in transit.


If a refund of a product is deemed appropriate, 201 will affected the refund within 30 days of return of the product to 201 and conditional upon the product being in its original saleable condition.


201 warrants that the products supplied are of merchantable quality when delivered. Subject to applicable law, 201 does not make any other warranty or representation about products on offer. In respect of any statutory warranty that 201 cannot exclude, subject to applicable law, 201’s liability is limited, at its option, to the replacement or re-supply of the products or a refund of the cost of the products.


All specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the 201 website are available only while stocks last unless otherwise advertised. All terms and conditions of specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the 201 website shall apply. At any time, 201 may terminate any special offer without advance notice.


All content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, is the property of 201 and is protected by the Commonwealth of Australia Copyright Act 1968 and other international copyright laws. Permission is granted to display and download or print portions of the material from the website solely for the Customer’s own non-commercial use or to place an order with 201. Any improper use, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, re-publication or display of the content on this website is strictly prohibited.


If the website displays material sourced from a third party (including a supplier of product, or a consumer of product), 201 does not warrant or represent the accuracy, utility or other characteristic of that material.


Customer's privacy and security is important to us, and 201 deploys encryption and other technology with the aim of protecting credit card information and the Customer database.

201 may send notices by email or by regular mail to the Customer’s address contained in their purchase order information. If the Customer does not wish to receive this information, they may click the unsubscribe link in the next email or contact us.


The laws in New South Wales govern the use of the website and the supply of products.


201 is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as it is prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. 201 will endeavour to notify the Customer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, 201 may elect to cancel the order without liability to the Customer.


201 observes the principles of responsible service of alcohol. 201 recommends that alcohol only be consumed in moderation.
