201's Semi Semi is a semi-dry Semillon which sits somewhere in between a dry table wine and a dessert wine. Our estate-grown Semillon grapes are harvested early to preserve their racy acidity, pressed gently and then only partially fermented to produce a wine with lower alcohol and higher residual sweetness. The palate is crisp and refreshing with punchy flavours of pear, lime and grapefruit.

The acidity and flavour of this wine makes it an ideal aperitif, or accompaniment for a cheese plate and spicy dishes such as Thai or Indian.

Accompanied by aromas of citrus and lemon sherbert, the palate is long and tight with loads of citrus, delicate acidity and a dry finish. Enjoy now with fish and seafood, or cellar carefully for 10+ years for more complex lemon-butter and toasty characters.

A blend of our estate-grown Semillon (60%) and premium Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (40%), it is pale straw in colour with subtle green hues. The predominant Sauvignon Blanc aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry are balanced by the Semillon's more subtle citrusy characters. It is a bright and juicy wine with a clean, refreshing finish made to be enjoyed now with your favourite seafood dishes and Asian cuisine.

Made using the traditional "Methode Champenoise", this Sparkling Semillon is left on lees for a minimum of 12 months to add flavour and complexity. It has zesty citrus aromas with lemon and grapefruit flavours on the palate. Our 2011 Sparkling Semillon has a fine bead and a crisp, dry finish which makes it an ideal apertif or accompaniment with seafood (especially oysters).

Due for Release: September 2012

Deep red with purple hues, this wine has hints of violet alongside generous plum and chocolate aromas and flavours. Enjoy this sparkling wine chilled as an alternative warm-weather accompaniment for barbecued red meats.

It may only be light-bodied but this wine is no rosé! Our 2010 Chambourcin is an intensely deep-coloured wine with purple hues and aromas of plum, mulberry and blackberry. It has ripe fruit flavours and hints of spice and pepper, subtle vanilla oak and a soft finish.

Given Chambourcin's natural acidity, it is a perfect match for rich tomato-based dishes and therefore pairs fantastically with Italian and Spanish cuisine. It's dark savoury flavours also complement red gamey meats.

Matured in French oak for 9 months, the 201 Durif has a deep red colour with purple hues complemented by aromas of spice, dried plums and a hint of aniseed. It's palate is medium to full bodied with generous amounts of spice, savoury black fruit and ripe tannins.

Enjoy now with rich red meat dishes or cellar for the medium term to develop more complex bottle-aged characters.
